1. Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders placed on omiwaa.com include free shipping to any destination worldwide. No minimum order value is required, and no shipping fees are added at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the final price you pay — shipping is always included.


2. Shipping Origins

OMIWAA LLC ships from two warehouse locations depending on where the item is physically stocked. The shipping origin is clearly displayed on each product page before you place your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT), excluding US public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT are typically processed the same business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


5. Carriers

We ship via major international carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and national postal services. The carrier is selected based on the item's shipping origin, size, and destination to ensure reliable and timely delivery.


6. Shipment Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships. You can use it to track your shipment in real time directly on the carrier's website.


7. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

OMIWAA LLC ships on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis for standard orders. This means:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • OMIWAA LLC does not collect or prepay import duties or taxes on standard orders.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable rates before placing your order.

DDP Option — Duty-Free Delivery

For B2B buyers requiring a duty-inclusive price (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid), click "Get Duty-Free Quote" on any product page or contact us at contact@omiwaa.com. We will cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your behalf.

A detailed commercial invoice is provided with every shipment and is also available upon request for customs or accounting purposes.


8. P.O. Box Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses due to the size and declared value of our professional equipment. A valid physical delivery address is required at checkout.


9. Packaging

All equipment is carefully packaged for safe transit using appropriate protective materials. Sensitive instruments such as OTDRs, fusion splicers, and thermal cameras receive additional protective packaging. We apply professional packaging standards to ensure your equipment arrives in the condition described in its listing.


10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take the following steps immediately:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging and the item before unpacking further.
  2. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at contact@omiwaa.com or +1 (307) 443-6254.
  3. Include your order number and photographs in your message.

We will open a carrier claim on your behalf and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


11. Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows a delivery confirmation but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process.


12. Returns & Refunds
