1. Overview

OMIWAA LLC is committed to your satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the conditions below and contact our team — we will work with you to find the best solution.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item received is materially different from its listing description (wrong model, undisclosed damage, missing accessories explicitly listed).
  • The item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping.
  • The item is non-functional upon receipt, despite being listed as tested and functional.
  • The item does not match the condition grade described in the listing (Grade A, B, C, or D).

3. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

4. Return Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped free of charge. The dispatch warehouse (US or EU) is specified on each product listing.

Return shipping costs are determined as follows:
– OMIWAA LLC covers return shipping costs when the return is due to our error (wrong item, undisclosed defect, item not matching listing description).
– The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in all other accepted return cases.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at contact@omiwaa.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs documenting the discrepancy.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Do not ship the item back before receiving your RA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receiving the item.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was received.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned without prior authorization (no RA number).
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Items explicitly sold as “for parts” or “non-functional” in the original listing.

8. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days at contact@omiwaa.com. We will coordinate with the carrier and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
